TTB Online Technical Support

Contact the TTB Technical Support Help Desk at 866-927-2533, option 2, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time, to have your COLAs or Formulas Online password reset. For faster service use these instructions to unlock your COLAs Online account or these instructions to unlock your Formulas Online account.

Contact the TTB/NRC Call Center at 877-TTB-FAQS (877-882-3277) option 2, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time, to have your Permits Online password reset.

For security reasons, only registered users should contact the TTB Technical Support Help Desk for password resets or other technical assistance with the Online Systems.

Important Notice: Starting April 11, 2017, older Web browsers (including Internet Explorer 7-10) and older Windows operating systems (including Windows XP and Windows Vista) will not work with COLAs Online, Permits Online, and Formulas Online. Pay.Gov is also impacted. See more details.
