LIQUOR REGULATIONS PROGRAM UNDER PROPOSED LAW (H.R. 7125)

Proprietors of industrial alcohol plants and warehouses, registered distilleries, fruit distilleries, internal revenue bonded warehouses, rectifiers and bottlers of spirits, and others concerned:

Supplementing previous circulars relating to the planned regulatory program in connection with H.R. 7125 85th Congress, this is to announce that the next industry conference is scheduled to be held for two days, in Room 3313 of the Internal Revenue Building, Washington, D. C., and to begin at 9:30 a.m., October 23, 1957.

It is planned to have available for discussion at the conference revised drafts of previously developed material and drafts of new material on taxes, administration, registration, and, probably, production. If you intend to participate in the conference we will have copies of drafted material prepared for your use. Please let me know of your intention before October 7, 1957, so that a copy of the material can be prepared and mailed to you for your study before the meeting.
