REVISED FORM 332

Proprietors of distilled spirits plants, and others concerned:

Purpose. This circular is to inform you that Form 332, Statement by Kinds, Seasons, and Years of Production of Spirits in Bonded Warehouses, has been revised as of November 1966.

Principal changes in the form.

(a) An additional block has been provided in column (e) for reporting vodka designate of 190 degrees or more of proof (authorized by Revenue Ruling 65-122, C.B. 1965-1, 584).

(b) Additional blocks have been provided in columns (f) and (g) for reporting alcohol and neutral spirits of 190 degrees or more of proof, by kinds of material (required to be reported by Revenue Procedure 62-14, C.B. 1962-1, 445).

(c) An additional block has been provided in column (f) for reporting tax gallons of spirits of less than 190 degrees of proof, in barrels (required to be reported by Revenue Procedure 64-27, C.B. 1964-2, 696).

Distribution and use of revised form. Your Assistant Regional Commissioner will furnish you with an initial supply of the November 1966 revision of Form 332. Please use such revised form in preparing your report for December 31, 1966, and destroy all of the unused Forms 332 bearing an earlier revision date.
