Mission

The Office of the Chief of Staff (OCOS) provides strategic advice to the Administrator and the Deputy Administrator and ensures proactive coordination of Bureau-wide priorities, policies, and internal and external communications in direct support of TTB’s mission.

What We Do

  • Advises the Office of the Administrator on internal and external affairs of TTB.
  • Provides information to senior managers, as necessary, to make timely strategic and operational decisions.
  • Convenes key leadership for assessment, management, mitigation options, and resolution of issues and initiatives affecting TTB’s programs and objectives.
  • Coordinates with the Office of the Inspector General and the Government Accountability Office on all of their reviews and/or audits of the Bureau’s programs.
