Set a Password to Activate Your New Formulas Online/COLAs Online Account

After you have registered for a new Formulas Online/COLAs Online account and your account has been set up by TTB (which generally takes a few days), you will need to activate your account by creating a password for it.

You will have 30 days from the time you receive the email to set your new password.

Once set, your new password will be good for 120 days (after which time you will be prompted to change it upon logging in).

Here’s how to set your first password:

  1. You will receive an email that contains:

    • Your new username

    • A unique link to create your new password (the link will be active for 30 days).

To activate your account, select the “Set My New Password” link.

    • If the link is not selectable, scroll to the bottom of the email for a link you can copy and paste into your browser window instead.

    • If the link has expired by the time you click on it, you can use the Change Password process to set your new password instead, using the new username you received in the email.

  1. The link will open the Set a New Password screen.  Create a password that matches the password complexity rules you see on the screen, re-enter the password (the passwords you enter must match), then select Submit.

    • Note:  If your new password didn’t comply with the complexity rules or if the passwords you entered didn’t match, you will get an error message asking you to try again.

  1. Once you have completed the process successfully, you will get the following notice (you will also receive an email).  Select “Close.” You may now log in to Formulas Online or COLAs Online.
