Emily Streett currently serves as the Assistant Administrator for Headquarters Operations where she oversees TTB’s Alcohol Labeling and Formulation Divisions, International Affairs Division, Regulations and Rulings Division, and Scientific Services Division.

Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Streett served as an attorney in private practice, where she represented clients in a variety of industries, including the international sale of goods and international transportation. She has extensive experience in complex regulatory matters, tax, and general corporate law. Her background includes intra-governmental dispute resolution at the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice, transfer pricing issues involving the sale of goods, international trade agreements, and mutual acceptance agreements in the international tax context.

Ms. Streett holds a juris doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a master’s degree in tax law from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
