We recently added four new FAQs related to Importer Claims under the Craft Beverage Modernization Act:
- Is there a deadline for importers to file refunds claims with TTB? (CB-C8)
- An entry line has been rejected on a claim submitted. Can I include that entry line in a new claim? (CB-C9)
- An entry line was rejected with a reason “Assignment Limit Full Exceeded” or “Assignment Limit Partially Exceeded.” What does this mean? (CB-C10)
- An entry line on a manual claim was rejected because the “estimated tax amount” was incorrect. What does this mean? (CB-C11)
