UPCOMING TTB TRADE PRACTICE SEMINARSIt’s not too late to register for one of our free, half-day seminars being held in San Diego and Seattle next week. These seminars give you a basic understanding of the Federal trade practice rules that apply to the alcohol beverage industry, and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions of the TTB trade practice experts.

SEMIANNUAL REGULATORY AGENDA UPDATE NOW AVAILABLEEach spring and fall, the Regulatory Information Service Center, compiles the semiannual Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, covering approximately 60 departments, agencies, and commissions. The Unified Agenda provides uniform reporting of data on regulatory and deregulatory activities under development throughout the federal government. Each edition of the Unified Agenda includes regulatory agendas from all federal entities that currently have regulations under development or review. The full current Regulatory Agenda for the Treasury Department, which includes information on all planned TTB regulatory and deregulatory actions, is available on the General Services Administration’s “Regulatory Information” website (click on the Department of the Treasury in the drop-down menu for the Select Agency search box at the bottom of the page). TTB REGULATIONS SPECIALIST JOB POSTINGWe are seeking candidates to fill two regulations specialist positions in Washington, DC. Among other things, TTB regulations specialists perform the following duties:
