DESIGN A COMPLIANT DISTILLED SPIRITS LABELHere are some links to information that can help you create a compliant distilled spirits label which should help move your label through the TTB approval process faster. Distilled Spirits Mandatory Labeling Webinar - This presentation was used during TTB webinars covering the basics of distilled spirits labeling requirements. Which Alcohol Beverages Require Formula Approval? - For certain distilled spirits TTB must evaluate the ingredients and production process before the product can be made or imported, and before you can submit your labels to TTB. Allowable Changes to Approved Labels - You can make certain changes to your labels without obtaining a new COLA.
