IN THIS ISSUE Greetings! This week we’re highlighting how to file claims online, a job opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio, and details about a recently-accepted OIC. SUBMITTING CLAIM FORMS TO TTB ONLINETTB understands that you rely on timely refunds when filing claims. To avoid potential delays related to mailing claim forms, we encourage you to use our electronic submission process to send your claim form and supporting documentation for that claim to TTB. This process is only for submitting TTB Form 5620.8 Claim - Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Taxes. Ensure you only attach one claim form per submission together with the required documentation. If you have questions about this process, please contact us, or call 877-882-3277 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday (except for federal holidays). TTB CAREER OPPORTUNITYWe’re looking for qualified applicants to fill two supervisory positions in the Office of Permitting and Taxation located in Cincinnati, Ohio. These positions oversee the activities regarding the alcohol and tobacco industry permitting processes and/or our excise tax collection activities.
