Permits Online: Auto Account Registration of Key Contacts
A key contact is someone with ownership stake in the business who is authorized to sign and act on behalf of the business. You are required to designate at least one key contact with each Entity application. This ensures that someone within the business will have access to business information on file with TTB in addition to any individuals listed as a Power of Attorney.
If you have been identified in an Entity application as a key contact and you do not currently have an account in Permits Online, one will be set up automatically for you. Once the account has been created, you will receive an email containing your User ID and a temporary password. You will also receive a separate email with instructions on how to activate your account.
