Permits Online has a self-registration feature which allows users to instantly register online. Just select the "New Users: Register for an Account" link located in the log in box of the Permits Online home page.

Careful! You cannot use your COLAs Online/Formulas Online user ID and password to login to Permits Online.
Important! Be sure to provide a valid email address when completing the contact information section of the registration. You will receive an email at that address which contains important information needed to activate your account. If you are unable to access this email, you will not be able to activate your account.
Password Rules
Your Permits Online password expires every 60 days. Change your password before it expires for continuous access. If you do not change your password on time, your account will be locked. For assistance unlocking your account, please call us at 877-882-3277, or contact us online.

Step-by-Step: Registering for an Account
You can register for a Permits Online account by clicking on "Register for an Account" at the top of the screen or "New User: Register for an Account" under the login information.

Account Registration: Accept the terms and select "Continue Registration."

Login Information: Enter your user name, email address, password, secuity question and answer

Contact Information: Click "Add New" to enter your contact information

Enter your Contact Information, select "Continue"

Contact Detail: Mark the box and click "Confirm"

Contact Information: Review your information and click "Continue Registration"

Confirmation: Your account has been created, but has not yet been activated. You will receive an email with activation instructions.

Account activation email: You must click the link in the email to complete your registration

Log in: You have successfully registered. Log in to begin.
