Permits Online Tutorials Part 2 P11

Note: This page contains instructions and screenshots so you can see what to expect when using Permits Online, our online method of applying for a TTB permit, registration, or notice.

Part Two - Submitting Your Application

Application for Original Entity

Information pertaining to your business name, EIN, ownership information, officers, powers of attorney, signing authorities and labeling/bottling on account for trade names are captured in the Entity application.  Each permit, registration, or notice you apply for under this EIN will be associated with this Entity record. If you submit applications for more than one EIN, each EIN will have its own Entity record.

Officer/Ownership Information

In this section you have to identify each partner, officer, director, trustee, manager, member, managing member, and sole proprietor, in addition to any stock/interest holder with a stake of 10% or more of the business and any trust or company holding ownership in the company.
