Part Two - Submitting Your Application
Declare and Acknowledge
You will be asked to declare under penalty of perjury that you have examined the application and it is true, correct, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.
After each application section is completed you will return to the New Applications Wizard to start the next application.
