Part Two - Submitting Your Application
Declare and Acknowledge
You will be asked to declare under penalty of perjury that you have examined the application and it is true, correct, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.
A review of all information you entered before you submit your application.
Once all sections are completed click on the Submit Application Package.
