IN THIS ISSUE

Greetings! This week we are announcing some changes to our leadership team and encouraging the use of online filing options.

UPDATES TO TTB LEADERSHIP TEAM

We are pleased to announce several updates to our leadership team as a continuation of recent rotational assignments.

Please see below for your new points of contact in the Office of Headquarters Operations and the Office of External Affairs/Chief of Staff.  These changes are effective May 1, 2020.

Elisabeth Kann will be serving as the Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations.

Gail Davis, who has served as the Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations since February 2020, will return to her position as Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations.

We will announce a vacancy for a permanent Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations in the near future.

In addition, Jill Murphy, Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Program Evaluation, will be serving as Acting Assistant Administrator, External Affairs/Chief of Staff.

SKIP THE PAPER AND APPLY ONLINE

We always recommend submitting your TTB applications and forms electronically, if at all possible, but it is especially helpful at this time. We are very limited in our ability to receive and process any paper submissions sent to our office locations, so, unfortunately, in most situations involving TTB approval, you can expect delays if you mail paper forms.

Here are TTB’s online options:

Permits Online

for submitting applications for new businesses, or to report changes to your existing business/permit

COLAs Online

for sending your alcohol beverage labels to TTB for review and approval

Formulas Online

to apply for approval of your recipe for nonbeverage products, like compounded flavors, and for the alcohol beverages that require TTB formula approval

Pay.gov

to submit your tax return, make tax payments, and file operational reports (See TTB Industry Circular 2020-2 for postponed due dates)

Online Claims Submission

for transmitting all types of claims to TTB (See TTB Industry Circular 2020-2 for postponed filing deadlines)
