IN THIS ISSUEGreetings! This week we are announcing some changes to our leadership team and encouraging the use of online filing options. UPDATES TO TTB LEADERSHIP TEAMWe are pleased to announce several updates to our leadership team as a continuation of recent rotational assignments. Please see below for your new points of contact in the Office of Headquarters Operations and the Office of External Affairs/Chief of Staff. These changes are effective May 1, 2020. Elisabeth Kann will be serving as the Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations. Gail Davis, who has served as the Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations since February 2020, will return to her position as Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations. We will announce a vacancy for a permanent Assistant Administrator, Office of Headquarters Operations in the near future. In addition, Jill Murphy, Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Program Evaluation, will be serving as Acting Assistant Administrator, External Affairs/Chief of Staff. We are very limited in our ability to receive and process any paper submissions sent to our office locations, so, unfortunately, in most situations involving TTB approval, you can expect delays if you mail paper forms.
