Exporters must activate their entity in myTTB before they can access the Electronic Export Certificate System. Individual users may be granted access to permits, brewer’s notices, or registries within the Electronic Export Certificate System. Unlike other myTTB systems, “Submitter” is the only available role within the Electronic Export Certificate System. When you are logged into the Electronic Export Certificate System as a Submitter, you will be able to toggle between permits, brewer’s notices, and registries that you are authorized to access.
Go to your main myTTB page and scroll to the Entity Selection tile. Use the drop down to select the entity (company/Employer Identification Number (EIN)) that you would like to work on.
Once you have selected the correct entity and have been authorized for one or more permits, brewer’s notices, or registries linked to that entity, you will see the Electronic Export Certificate System card on your myTTB dashboard. Select Export certificates.
You will be directed to the Export Certificate Screen where you can complete the indicated tasks for the entity you selected in step 1.
