Tips When Contacting Customer Service

• If you request a Call-back (reserve your place in line) make sure you follow all instructions.  You must press ‘#’ after recording your message and follow the prompts.  We will have no record of your request if you do not follow the prompts.
• Leaving multiple phone and email messages on the same day may delay our response.
• Before you call, make sure you have the proper information, such as an email address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), etc.
• You must have signing authority or power of attorney to discuss company specific information with us.
