The Electronic Export Certificate System allows myTTB users to view, search, and download a database of approved export certificates for any permits, brewer’s notices, or registry numbers associated with a particular entity, provided they are authorized as a submitter under the Electronic Export Certificate System.

Viewing your database. To view your database, go to the Certificates section of the Electronic Export Certificate System main page. There is a table for all of the certificates you are authorized to view associated with the entity you are working on. Depending on how many certificates your entity has, and the size of your browser window, you may only be able to view a limited number of certificates at a time. You can change the number of certificates visible to you on a single page by selecting Rows per page and you can view additional pages by selecting Back or Next. Additionally, you can view more summary level information about a particular certificate by selecting the carrot in the row that certificate is listed in.
Note: Only export certificates approved in this system will appear in this database.
Searching your certificates. To search your database, use the arrows in the header of each column to sort the certificates in that category alphabetically (or numerically) by the information in that column. You may also use the search bar to type in a specific term that appears in one of the columns (e.g., a particular company) or in the expanded information panel of each certificate (e.g., a permit number). The search function only searches the information in the table, not the certificates themselves. For example, searching for a particular product described in the certificate will not produce any results.

Downloading your certificates. You can download your database of approved export certificates as a .csv file by selecting Export. (A .csv (comma-separated values) file is a text file in which the information is separated by commas.)
